Zoe Russell Limited Terms and Conditions

Set out below are the Terms and Conditions for the Supply of Goods available to purchase from the website.  You are connected to the User Agreement contract for Zoe Russell Limited, registered at the following address, Zoe Russell Ltd, PO BOX 8071, Reading RG6 9FY. This service is owned and operated solely by Zoe Russell. Before you register as a user to this website, please ensure you read and are willing to comply with all the terms and conditions stated in this document.

(‘Zoe Russell Limited' ‘we' or ‘us' = Zoe Russell Limited; ‘you' ‘the customer' =  you)

1. The Contract between you and Zoe Russell Limited  

We must receive absolute payment for the cost of the goods that you order before your order can be confirmed. Once payment has been received and acknowledged by Zoe Russell Limited, we will confirm your order has been accepted by sending an e-mail to you at the e-mail address you have providing in your order form. Our acceptance of your order will bring about a legally binding contract between us.  Orders will not be accepted from those under the age of 18, only those able to enter into a legally binding transactions may use the website or order goods.

2. Zoe Russell Pricing and Delivery

i) The prices payable for each individual item available will be clearly stated on our website.

ii) All of our prices are quoted in GBP, Great British Pound.  You will be invoiced in UK Pounds and if you make a purchase from outside the UK, currency fluctuations and credit card charges could vary and we will have to charge according to the current rate of exchange when transaction is initiated.

iii) You may be required to pay extra for delivery in the UK to any areas that are outside normal Royal Mail delivery zones and it might not be possible for us to deliver to some locations. Our delivery charges are set out in our website.

3. Your right to cancel or amend your order

i) You will be able to cancel or amend any order that has not been:

a) worn

b) damaged

c) tampered with

Within 7 working days of receipt of your goods

ii)  To cancel or amend your contract (order)  you must alert us by e-mail at This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it or telephone us on +44 (0) 207 871 2970 within 7 working days of delivery

(Please note: we are unable to exchange or offer a refund for the purchase of earrings due to hygiene regulations) 

4. To return your goods to Zoe Russell within the UK:

1) Call +44 (0) 207 871 2970 (UK) or email This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it  within 7 working days of receipt of purchase and ask for a ‘Returns Authorisation number'.
2) Your ‘Returns Authorisation number' should be written on the outside of the package being returned.
3) If you are returning your item from the UK, you may use the prepaid Royal Mail Special Delivery label and return to us by Special Delivery. The item(s) must be packed securely in the packaging in which you received it. We are not liable to refund you if the jewellery is returned to us broken. There is no charge to you for returning your jewellery.
4) Once we have received the item(s) and confirmed safe delivery we will refund the amount due to the credit or debit card in question. There is no charge for returning items from the UK.

5. To return your item(s) to Zoe Russell from overseas:

1) Call +44 (0) 207 871 2970 or email This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it within 7 working days of receipt of purchase and ask for a ‘Returns Authorisation number'.
2) We will issue you with a named courier's telephone number along with a Zoe Russell  account number so you can arrange a Courier collection for your return (arranging pick up is your responsibility). Please ensure that you write clearly on the Courier paperwork that the item is being returned.
3) Once we have received the item(s) we will refund the amount due to your credit card. Please note that for all international returns, £25 will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of the returns postage. Due to the significant cost of returning our jewellery boxes, we unfortunately have to deduct a further £15 to cover the extra shipping costs.
4) Once you have notified us that you are cancelling your contract, any sum debited from you credit card will be credited to your account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order provided that the goods in question are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you. If you do not return the goods delivered to you we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be credited to you.

6. Cancellation by Zoe Russell

On the rare occasion in which we may be forced to cancel our contract,  we do reserve the right to do so if:

  • i) We have insufficient stock or a stock line has unexpectedly become defunct
  • ii) We are unfortunately unable to deliver to your postal zone
  • iii) There has been a typographical error on our part in the pricing information

If we do have to cancel your contract we will endeavour to notify you as soon as possible - we will either credit your refund to the applicable card or offer a credit note for future use.

5. Dispatch and Delivery of goods to you

i)  When ready to despatch your goods we will use the address supplied by yourselves when registering or completing the order form.  It is entirely your responsibility to ensure that the address is correct and complete and a person is present at said address to sign for delivered goods

ii)  All orders within the UK are delivered using Royal Mail Special Delivery.
Delivery Charges:
- For delivery within the UK we charge a flat fee of £4.95 and the delivery will arrive within 3-5 working days.
- For delivery overseas we charge a flat fee of £17 and the delivery will arrive within 5 -7 working days.
- Returns within the UK are free of charge, but the cost of returns from overseas will be deducted from your final refund - see our returns policy above.

ii)  You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been dispatched from our warehouse to you. Once your goods have been delivered to you they will be your responsibility in their entirety

6. Zoe Russell Liability

i) Once in possession of  goods which you believe are not what you intended to order, you have 7 working days to contact Zoe Russell - if you fail to communicate the error within that time frame - we hold no liability.

ii)  If there is a delay beyond our normal delivery schedule stated in 5) we accept no liability if you have failed to alert us to this issue within 14 working days of dispatch.

iii) If you should contact us alerting us to a problem regarding a failure of delivery within the allotted 14 days, we shall make a refund in a way we deem appropriate.

iiii) If there is any problem arising due to our negligence or human error, we shall of course credit appropriate credit/debit card as soon as possible.

v)  Zoe Russell cannot be held responsible for any delays once the goods have left us and are in possession of the courier or Royal Mail or approved courier.

7. Notices

Unless otherwise expressly stated in these terms and conditions, all notices from you to us must be in writing and sent by e-mail to our contact address at This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it

8. Invalidity

If any part of these terms and conditions is unenforceable (including any provision in which we exclude our liability to you) the enforceability of any other part of these conditions will not be affected.

9. Privacy

You acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms of our privacy policy.

10. Third Party Rights

No party is able to represent Zoe Russell goods who has not signed up to our Terms and Conditions.

11. UK governing trade laws

Without exception, every transaction that takes place on the Zoe Russell Limited site is bound to abide the laws set by United Kingdom

13. Trade Marks, Images and Logos

Zoe Russell Limited is the operator of www.zoerussellonline.com.  Any images, text, icons, logos are the possession of Zoe Russell Limited, we give no permission for unwarranted use of our such items

12. Our agreement in its entirety

These Terms and Conditions, alongside our current website prices, delivery charges, Zoe Russell Limited contact details, stock details plus our Privacy policy are current and applicable, any misrepresentation afforded to our Zoe Russell Limited website is beyond our control and therefore we will not hold ourselves liable.

14. Events Beyond our Control

We will not be in breach of this Agreement or otherwise liable for any delay in performance if to the extent that any delay or failure is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control including, without limitation, strikes, lockouts and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident.
